GenericInsuredObject Level Field Mapping
Instructions on how to add GenericInsuredObject level fields from Workbench to KCM so that they can be pulled through onto docs
Open KCM Designer for Windows (desktop version)
Navigate to Projects > ICE Policy - Insync > Field Sets > ICEDataInsuredObjects folder
Right click on ICEDataInsuredObjects folder and click Edit
Due to the current KCM infrastructure and number of fields we have at this level, it can take a while to open, go into Not Responding and flash up on screen before ready to use
Once open in the new window you'll see a list of all currently mapped fields
Click Add and enter the name of your generic insured object level field exactly as it shows in the Data Model in Workbench
Continue to add as many fields as you need to
Click Save and Close
Right click on ICEDataInsuredObjects and unlock
Expand the ICEDataInsuredObjects folder so you can see the list of field set revisions
Right click on the current draft version and change the status to Accepted
This is now ready for you to add the field to the required text block and then test in UAT
Once testing has passed, come back to ICEDataInsuredObjects and change the Accepted version to Published
