Free Format Endorsements
Endorsements that have been set up as free format in ICE Admin can be pulled into KCM docs by following the below instructions.
Note that you will need to update ICE Admin and possibly rating to set your free format endorsements up prior to making changes in KCM.
Note that you need to ensure formatting such as bold, underline, colours are added to the endorsement in ICE Admin.
Step 1 - Content Wizard
For each content wizard that you want the free format endorsements to show, you need to add the new text block 'Special Textblocks' > 'BookmarkedFields-Endorsement'. This text block looks blank if you view it, however it has some custom coding in added by ICE that pull through ALL endorsements. Therefore, you can add this one text block with no conditions attached to it and remove all standard endorsements triggered by endorsement code.
Save, unlock and accept the content wizard.
Test your document in ICE Policy to ensure all endorsements (free format and standard) are generating and that the free format text is also correct.

Step 2 - Branding
To update the branding (font size, colour, etc) you will need to update some new logic that has been set to add the branding based on the scheme code. If this isn't done, the default Insync branding will be applied.
There is a new 'Insync' style document which can be found under Style Documents > Insync:

There is also a matching 'Insync' branding text block which can be found under text blocks > Branding > Insync:

If you would like your scheme documents to use specific branding rather than the Insync branding, you will need to copy the Insync folders under style documents and branding (including contents) and paste then rename to match the scheme name in Workbench. It's essential the names match otherwise won't be picked up. You then need to accept (and publish when ready).
You will see that there is branding set up for AXISPropertyOwners for example.
To edit the font branding you need to edit the letter stylesheet. Style Documents > scheme name folder > Style Sheet > Letter > Edit. From here you need to change the 'Normal (Web)' style as follows:
Go to the ITP/MDK tab
Expand the Styles pane
Right click on "Normal (Web)"
Click on Modify

This will show a menu where the style can be modified.
Note adding and changing styles can leave the KCM project with outdated dependency information, this can be resolved by right clicking on the project and clicking on "Compute Dependencies" after the styles have been unlocked.
