Sendgrid is where we build emails to be sent by Coreline based on certain API actions - https://app.sendgrid.com/

Once logged in (note that the email is [email protected]), go to Email API > Dynamic Templates

You will then see a list of existing emails

How to edit the email name

To edit the name of the email (not email subject) click the three dots on the right hand side of the row for the email you're looking at and click Edit Name

How to edit the email contents

To edit an email contents, expand the arrow and click on the blue link on the email name

It will open a new split screen with the HTML/CSS on the left hand side and a preview on the right hand side. You can edit the code directly from here, or click an area within the preview and it will take you to that line of code.

Click the Settings cog on the left to change the email subject and test your email

Click Save at the top to save any changes

How to create a new email

Rather than starting from scratch it is simpler to duplicate an existing template. You can do this by clicking the three dots to the right of the email template. Note that once it's duplicated you'll need to give it a meaningful name. Follow steps above for then editing the email content.

What to send to Coreline

Coreline just need the Template ID which you can get by expanding and email template
