Removing customers from Customer Portal
On the rare occasion a customer may ask that they or their policy is removed from the customer portal. This has to be done by Coreline.
The two main reasons for this are due to data security or if the customer has purchased multiple policies and only want their active policy to show.
You will need to gather all of the details from the agent - policy number, scheme name, customer name, and send over to Coreline via Slack explaining what needs to be done. Coreline will then update in Firebase and confirm when the details have been removed so you can go back to the agent.
