Firebase - Customer Portal Database
Firebase is the database behind the customer portal that predominantly handles logins. It is managed by Coreline however on occasion changes are needed to the setup.
Firebase homepage - https://console.firebase.google.com/
There are three projects: - ice portal, ice-portal-b2bc4 - LIVE - ice-portal-dev, ice-portal-dev - UAT - ice-portal-prelive, ice-portal-prelive - PRELIVE
You will very rarely need to change anything in ice-portal-dev or ice-portal-prelive unless Coreline request something in which case they can provide instruction.
Customer Portal Login Issues
When customers report login issues with the live customer portal, you can check if they have registered, when and with which email from ice portal. The direct url is https://console.firebase.google.com/u/0/project/ice-portal-b2bc4/overview
Go to Firestore Database on the left hand navigation > choose the relevant collection (typically users, unclaimed_quotes or unclaimed_policies are the most useful)
From the next column along, click the three lines at the top to filter by field, and choose the most relevant field, typically email, enter the customers details and click apply

This will then return a list of applicable policies in the following column and details of when the customer registered for the portal

You can then feedback to CS about if the customer has signed up for the portal. If they're not shwoing as a user in Firebase I suggest searcing in the unclaimed policy list in the same way as a second search. If their policy is in this list they have deinitley not claimed their policy from the portal and you can advise Customer Support on this to go back to the customer.
Editing the plan (only to be done by mangers)
From the Firebase homepage - https://console.firebase.google.com/ go to the relevant environment project and choose to modify plan
