I don't have a contact for Stripe as such but log into their platform to check any details and use their support chat which is really good. They also have really good documentation available.

To check if a payment has been made, or the status of the transaction, go to the below link where you will need to login with 2FA details and you can view all payments to the Insync Stripe account.
