Endorsement Definition Configuration

The Endorsement Definition card enables you to add and edit an Endorsement Definition at any time.

1. Click on the Endorsement Definition tile at the top of the card:

1. The Endorsement Definitions List page will appear:

1. The List page enables you to open and view, edit, Add new, and Delete Endorsement Definitions.

View/Edit an Endorsement

To view/edit an Endorsement Definition:

1. With the List page open, select an item from the list. Any Versions will be listed on the right-hand side:

1. Click on a Version to open the Endorsement Definition page:

Initially, the page will appear to be read-only. This is because it is unlocked. The page must be locked so that the fields become editable.

1. Click on Lock at the right-hand side to lock the page and make it editable:

1. Make changes as required.

2. Click Save when done.

3. Click Unlock to secure the page.

4. Click Exit to return to the List page.

Creating a New Endorsement

A new Endorsement Definition can be added at any time.

1. With the Endorsement Definition List page open, click on Add Endorsement Definition at the top right of the page:

A blank Endorsement page will appear:

1. Complete the mandatory fields as required.

2. Click Save when done.

3. Then click Exit to return to the list page where the new Endorsement will be listed:

The new Endorsement page must now be populated:

1. Click on the new Endorsement. The right hand side of the page will show a requirement to Add a Version:

1. Click on Add Version. blank Endorsement page will appear:

1. Complete all fields as required.
