Authority Profile - Access Levels
When setting up new users, you will select an authority level that controls the level of access that user has. To change the access associated with that authority profile, you can do that as per below
Log into ICE Admin for the relevant environment > select AUTHORITY PROFILE square from System Configuration Items > you will see all authority profiles available.

Amending an existing profile
Click the row for the existing profile you'd like to amend > click the row on the right hand side where it will show eg FULL#1 with an effective start date.
It will then open up the available roles for that profile where you and amend as required. To do this you need to firstly LOCK the profile to you, make the changes, SAVE, COMMIT and PUBLISH all from the options on the top right.

Adding a new profile
To add a new profile click ADD AUTHORITY PROFILE when viewing all of the profiles available.
You will then need to enter a unique profile code and profile name (which should both be in capitals) and click SAVE.
You can then add the roles as per the step above.
Profile levels
The below screenshot shows the three levels that should be assigned to colleagues.
AGENT - use this as the default, standard access
SENIOR AGENT - standard access plus fee adding & removing and premium override. Default for Covea.
SENIORAGENTUNDERWRITING - standard access plus fee adding & removing, premium override, and authorising referrals. Only for seniors who have been signed off by insurers to override referrals.
FULL - full access only for Digital team
